He's deeply involved in the community as a youth soccer coach, currently serving as Head Boys Soccer Coach at Silver High School and Safety Director for AYSO 309. His dedication to mentoring young athletes reflects the same care and attention to detail he brings to serving our customers.

A lifetime resident of Grant County, AJ has dedicated 16 years to serving his community as a licensed Sheet Metal Journeyman and MM3-certified HVAC specialist. His strong work ethic and skilled craftsmanship have made him an invaluable part of our team.

AJ takes pride in helping Grant County and surrounding areas grow, one job at a time. Whether it's a complex HVAC installation or precision sheet metal work, he brings the expertise and dedication that comes from truly caring about the community he serves.

With nine years of specialized experience, Johnathan Rowden expertly manages crews in the installation and maintenance of critical water and sewer infrastructure. As our Utilities Supervisor, he oversees the installation of water and sewer mains and service lines, as well as the installation and servicing of municipal lift stations.

Johnathan's expertise extends to residential services, including the repair and replacement of water, sewer, and gas yard lines. His leadership ensures that every utilities project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards, keeping our community's essential infrastructure running smoothly.

Allen "Kiwi" Duran brings 10 years of experience and a strong work ethic to our utilities team. As Head Operator, he specializes in line locating—a critical skill that ensures safe and efficient project execution. Allen is proficient in operating skid steers, backhoes, excavators, mini excavators, and vacuum trailers.

From installing utility mains to residential service lines, Allen is dedicated to doing his best for Grant County and surrounding communities. His expertise with heavy equipment and commitment to quality workmanship make him an essential part of our team's success.

Jason Solberg brings 24 years of experience in the HVAC/R trade to our team. A Top Tech Graduate from RSI Trade School in Phoenix, AZ (2002), Jason has built his career on a foundation of extensive knowledge and unwavering commitment to quality.

Known for tackling challenging problems head-on, Jason approaches every repair with the mindset of working on his own system—ensuring nothing is left to chance. He takes pride in seeing difficult jobs through to completion and delivering the level of craftsmanship that sets him apart.
